AlgorithmX2 b57804be06 Removed Localization Stuff. 
Added Logging Option.
Logging of Exceptions is now done via AELogger

AlgorithmX2 699e82a889 Fixed World Unload Crash. 
Fixed render crashes for items that are not available.
Parts now load properly.
