doom: Auto-configure Lombok for jdtls based on Maven project
...
- Query Maven for Lombok version via dependency:build-classpath
- Auto-download Lombok jar if not in ~/.m2 repository
- Use -javaagent for Java <23, javac mode for Java 23+
- Cache results per project for performance
- Advice lsp-java--ls-command to inject config at right time
Replaces manual .dir-locals.el lombok-version configuration.
