Fix JSON recipe crafting with ore dictionary

In current Forge, you can use OD entries in normal crafting recipes; using the special forge crafting recipe types is no longer necessary.

- Fix up translations, resource IDs, paths etc.
- Where possible, the modid part in most strings now just reuses Wizardry.MODID

Replace Achievements with Advancements
...
- Advancements are now in JSON files, converted by the included migration script.
- WizardryAdvancementTrigger is a generic achievement trigger that can be reused throughout the code to trigger custom advancements not covered by the JSON conditions.
- Plus some other small and obvious fixes.
