* Clear the download rate when finishing a torrent.
* Fixed torrent::set_{bind,local}_address(...) so they update
correctly.
* Tweaked the time left display, show minutes instead of seconds.
* Add earlier check on validity of the socket address of
incoming/outgoing connection.
