rakshasa c453565e8f * Added FileListIterator to the API, which allows the client to 
iterate through FileList as if it consisted of directories.

rakshasa 407824c9c8 * Switch the order rak::advance_bidirectional iterates. 
* When testing for mincore, cast the address pointer to (char*).

* Failure during syncing causes the download to stop, unless
flag_ignore_error is set.

* Trigger storage error signal for HashTorrent in
DownloadWrapper::receive_initial_hash.

rakshasa 32a3619cd8 * Moved Timer to rak/timer.h. 
* Added position affinity to ChunkSelector, still needs more work to
make it move forward without needing to finish all pieces.

rakshasa 8732e457fa * Cleaned up socket read/write error handling.

rakshasa 0588e66eaf Added license exception for linking toward OpenSSL. 
Disabled Mozilla's NSS SHA1 code and added OpenSSL SHA1, use NSS if
you need Debian-strict GPL compliance. Added note in README.
