* Fixed a bug that would cause reading of a piece to hang if the incoming data contains only data up to the file boundary, but not the next file's data. The bug did not trigger if the file boundary and piece boundaries were the same.

* Stop a torrent and show a message when it finishes the final
hash-check and finds some chunks incomplete. This prevents full disk
from causing a torrent to go into an infinit loop of re-downloading
the data.
* Moved various slots from core::Manager to core::DownloadList.

* Tweaked the http get timeout, now it has a 60 second connect timeout
and a 360 second download timeout.
* Moved libtorrent/src/parse/download_constructor to src/download.

* Don't increment beyond end when incrementing a entry's completed
counter.
* Don't allow ChokeManager::try_unchoke to succeed when it has been
less than 10 seconds since the last unchoke.

* Added timeout to torrent::TrackerHttp so connections that are left
open, but with no data being transmitted get closed after a resonable
time.
