There appears to have been some change on openSUSE (likely some new
hardening flags for builds, or some glibc hardening) such that incorrect
buffer handling results in a segfault even if the buffer is never
overflowed.

* Swapped the use of PCB::m_up.interested() with
PCB::m_down.interested(). This means that m_up.interested()/choked()
says if the remote peer is interested and if upload to it is choked,
while m_down.interested()/choked() says if local is interested and if
download from the remote peer is choked.

* Added rak::timer::from_seconds(uint32_t) and converted all uses to
this to avoid overflows etc.
* For each cycle through the tracker list without any successfull
connections, increase the timeout by 20 seconds.

* Added "session_on_completion" option which saves the session torrent
when a download finishes.
* Handle SIGTERM gracefully, saving session torrents etc.
* Implemented session directory lockfile, use "session_lock" option to
disable.
