rakshasa b3fc488e5f * Initial work on a global chunk manager for controlling memory usage, 
and checking if enough disk space is available for MS_ASYNC to be safe.

rakshasa 932296ce52 * Added "close_low_diskspace" option that closes active downloads on 
filesystems with less space left than what was passed as the
argument. Patch by Josef Drexler, public domain.
