rakshasa 61098513c6 * Cycle the order in which downloads are handled during ticks to 
ensure resource usage gets spread out over time.

* Changed element_file_list.cc to use te_command.

* File commands on file list iterators will be called on the File
pointed to.

* Fixed some sigc++ 2.1 compile errors.

rakshasa 1d1b5710fa * Added "create_link" and "delete_link" options for creating and

rakshasa fcb8154188 * Cleaned up the exception classes so they require less space. This 
reduced the size of the stripped libtorrent by 1/7.

rakshasa 70eacfe738 * Reworked how hashing is queued, state must 1 and removed the 
set_hash_failed hacks when closing, etc.

rakshasa d4706da4d5 * Removed core::HashQueue, using the "hashing" view and a function in 
core::Manager instead.

* Added a new :rtorrent:hashing state so we can distinguish between
initial hashing and manual rehashes. The former is cleared if the
download is paused.

* Added a hash failed flag to core::Download. This is used to skip
entries in the hashing view that either failed to open or are in the
process of being erased from DownloadList.

* torrent::Bitfield::unset was incrementing, rather than decrementing,
the m_set counter.

* Replaced all torrent::internal_error's in rtorrent with
torrent::client_error.

* ^D now checks :rtorrent:state to decide whetever to stop or erase a
download. Downloads queued for hashing will now stop rather than be
deleted.
