* Fixed crash on empty bitfield in 'd.bitfield'. * Fixes a file handle leak in the execute_capture functions. Patch by Josef Drexler. * Moved ThreadBase to ./src as ./src/utils caused linker problems due to core::PollManager::create_poll_manager(). git-svn-id: svn://rakshasa.no/libtorrent/trunk/rtorrent@1102 e378c898-3ddf-0310-93e7-cc216c733640
