received from trackers. Display them in the tracker list.

* Fixed a bug introduced by the TrackerInfo* id change that caused
handshakes to hold old pointer. They now get removed when a download
is erased.

* Some cleanup of DownloadWrapper initialization.

* Moved bind and local address to from Manager to SocketManager.
