kannibalox 87c6422052 Allow using vendored tinyxml2 for XMLRPC 
By default, builds will still not have XMLRPC enabled at all and the
configure flag `--with-xmlrpc-tinyxml2` must be specified. If both
xmlrpc-c and tinyxml2 are specified, xmlrpc-c takes precedence.

Basic benchmarks indicate tinyxml2 is 2x faster for small
requests/responses, and that only increases as response sizes get
larger.

Stephen Shkardoon f84670dd63 Use AC_COMPILE instead of AC_RUN to check for execinfo.h 
This way enables cross compiling, since we don't need to run anything during the configure script.

rakshasa 31abf85846 * Added support for Linux's fallocate and Darwin's fcntl(...,F_PREALLOCATE,...) to preallocate files by default. The 'system.file_allocate' setting will now only be used to indicate you want posix_fallocate called, which may block while it zeros out the file manually. 
* Added 'event.download.hash_failed' and 'event.download.hash_final_failed'.
