Switch to an EnumSet for immunities, both because it's more efficient for this purpose, and because adding immunities to an entity caused a crash, because of improperly attempting to extend an array through the asList wrapper.

Add DamageSafetyChecker, which implements an if-all-else-fails fix for cross-mod infinite looping in attack/hurt/damage events, and changes relevant calls to attack methods to use the safety checker methods instead. Also adds damage source blacklist and compatibility warnings config options. Fixes #72 .

Handbook rewrite part 1: Formatting and JSON-ification!

- Everything is now defined in a JSON file
- Formatting is now done dynamically and content wraps properly no matter what font is used
- Added inline hyperlinks
- Added a movable bookmark for quick access to a specific page
- Added next section and previous section buttons to flip through entire sections at once
- Added a contents button visible on every page, which navigates directly to the main contents
